Bobby Wimbush
Owner and lead plumber
Reads every wall before the first cut and writes the scope himself. If you want a second opinion on a finding, he is the one to ask.
Owner and lead plumber
I got into old houses because the plumbing in them is honest. You can read what the last plumber was thinking.
Our shop is small on purpose: two journeymen, an apprentice, an office and me. We take fewer jobs so every one gets a walk-through, a written scope and someone who has read the wall.
The shop
Two journeymen and an apprentice come with Bobby, or on their own for the smaller jobs.

Journeyman plumber
Does most of the sweat-joint copper and the brass work. She keeps the shop's box of old washers, stems and seats.
Journeyman plumber
Runs the cast-iron and drain jobs. He takes the photographs before a wall is opened and again before it is closed.
Apprentice
Learning the trade alongside both journeymen, and in charge of the drop cloths and the shoe covers.
In your house
Rules of the shop. They are the same on every job.
A call or text the day before and again on the way.
From the door to the work, every time.
Before a wall is opened and before it is closed.
You see what came out before it goes. Keep it if you like.
Tell us what you have seen and we will set a time.
