For architects and boards
What we hand you
If your project needs a plumbing scope, this is what comes from the shop. We write it in plain words so a board can read it.
A photo log, by room
Every opening, the lines we can reach and what is original or patched, each marked on the photo.
An existing-conditions note
Pipe materials, locations and condition, written for your drawings.
A written scope with options
What changes, which methods can be undone and what we would keep.
Methods that can be undone
Where we can use a reversible method, we say so, and say where we can't.
A seat at the site meeting
Someone from the shop comes to talk through the plumbing with the trades.
A close-out record
Photos of the walls before they were closed, so the next owner knows what is in them.

Timing
How we fit your schedule
- 01
Step 1: Walk-through
We see the house with you or the architect, before drawings are final.
- 02
Step 2: Existing-conditions note
Photos and a written note, in time for the drawings.
- 03
Step 3: Scope and options
A written scope the board can review, with the methods named.
- 04
Step 4: The work, and the record
We photograph before closing, and send the close-out record when we are done.
Send us the plans and the address
We will look at what exists, ask what you need, and reply with a time to see the house.
